Humidity Source Heating Element Type Steam Humidifier

ELECTROVAP Model RTH heating element type steam humidifiers produce a pure, odorless vapor which is readily absorbed by the air to raise the humidity to the desired level. The RTH line of steam humidifiers includes units which produce as little as 11 lbs. of steam per hour for offices and small areas, up to 220 lbs. of steam per hour for industrial areas or large warehouses. In addition, multiple units can be combined for even greater humidification demands up to an impressive 1543 lbs. per hour. Other features include: Anti-foaming control, Duct pressures up to 10" water, Automatic drain after inactivity, High flow cooling fan, and Self cleaning level control probe. In addition the RTH has been designed to work with all water conditions.

Microprocessor Control:
Electrovap Model RTH humidifiers use the latest technology in Microprocessor Control to automatically maintain desired humidity levels with a choice of on-off, or proportional steam output. An easy-to-read backlit digital display panel provides real time humidifier performance, humidifier configuration and the opportunity to change operating parameters.

Electronic Management:
The RTH accepts all common modulating input signals from humidity controllers or building management systems. Optional on all units is a remote feedback for BMS users providing information on steam production and a self diagnostic with default display.

Easy Maintenance:
For your convenience the RTH has been designed with easy and quick maintenance features reducing humidifier life time costs. They are:

  • Permanent stainless steel tank
  • Self cleaning INCOLOY elements
  • Pivoting tank allowing easy maintenance
  • Cooling cycle before maintenance
  • Frontal access to all components
  • Display message indicating what maintenance to do
